Is there a free trial?
Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. The Free plan is $0 per month.
What counts as an AI reply?
An AI reply is a response generated by the assistant. You can review reply usage in the app. Replies from your own team are live-chat messages, not AI-generated replies.
What if I need more replies?
All paid plans can use extra replies at $0.025 each, with extra charges capped at $300 per month. On the Free plan the AI assistant pauses when the monthly replies are used.
How does billing work?
Plans and usage charges are billed by Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel your plan from inside the app.
