Adding your own notes (Text)
Add context your storefront does not already explain.
Steps
- Open Velix Chat → AI Agent in your Shopify admin.
- Find the area for additional Text notes.
- Add short, factual guidance (for example, product care or a seasonal fulfillment note).
- Save your notes and ask a test question in the widget.
