Make it easier for shoppers to begin.
Steps
- Open the widget content settings in Velix Chat.
- Write a short welcome message in the voice of your store.
- Add useful opening questions, such as “Where is my order?” or “Do you ship internationally?”
- Save, then refresh your storefront to see how they appear.
