Uninstalling Velix Chat
Remove the app from your Shopify store.
Steps
- Open your Shopify admin and go to Settings → Apps and sales channels.
- Find Velix Chat and choose the uninstall option provided by Shopify.
- Review the confirmation and any billing or data information before proceeding.
- Confirm the uninstall. For questions about account or chat data, email support@velixchat.ai.
