What happens at your reply limit

Understand included replies and extra replies.

Steps

1. Check your included monthly replies in the plan and usage area of the app.
2. On Starter, Growth, Premium and Scale, replies above your plan's monthly number cost $0.025 per reply.
3. Extra reply charges are capped at $300 per month. When the cap is reached, the AI assistant pauses for the rest of the calendar month.
4. On the Free plan, the AI assistant pauses when the 200 monthly replies are used, until the next month or until you upgrade.
5. Your team can still read and reply to conversations in the Inbox while the AI assistant is paused.
