What you can do
- The Free plan includes 200 AI replies per month.
- Starter includes 1,000, Growth includes 4,000, Premium includes 15,000 and Scale includes 30,000 AI replies per month.
- Replies are counted by calendar month, and the count starts again on the 1st.
- Paid plans include a 14-day trial. Check the Pricing page for the current plan comparison.
- Development stores have a total allowance of 500 AI replies for testing.
- To protect your store from spam, each shopper can send a limited number of messages a day.
