Switch between AI assistance and human support.
Steps
- Open the relevant conversation in Inbox.
- Join the conversation when the shopper asks for a person or you want to reply directly.
- Answer their question as a member of the store team.
- When appropriate, use the available hand-back control to let the AI assist again.
