Steps
- Open your storefront after enabling the widget.
- Click the chat launcher and ask a question about one of your products.
- Try a shipping or returns question that is covered by your store policies.
- Test a product recommendation or order-status request with your own permitted test information.
- Check the conversation in Inbox inside the app.
