Turn on the chat widget in your theme
Enable the app embed so shoppers can see chat.
Steps
- From Shopify admin, open Online Store → Themes.
- Choose Customize on the theme you want to edit.
- Open App embeds, find Velix Chat, and switch it on.
- Save the theme, then open your storefront to check the launcher.
